Post Clomid : Vitamin Bs Vs. Luteal Phase Defects

Hola Soulsista!!

I was soooo busy today ...baking cakes...I've done Japanese Cheesecake ..this my first time doing it and it was awesome!!! *I think..or maybe aku sorang sorang perasan..

I did take a photo with my BB..but can't transfer lah..maybe nxt time when rajin ..I'll bake again and re-snap for you.. heheh

For today's post,  I would like to share ngan you what I'd take after my last day of Clomid..*Rasa dah share sbelum ni..but so lazy to review my previous post..if I indeed repeating it ...sorry eyh....

Early morning:
1. Jus perawan D'herbs (nyum nyum)
2. Acid Folic
3. 500ml Water

Afternoon:
1. Lunch
2. 500ml water
3. 1 capsule of Vit B-complex

Evening:
1. Dinner
2.1 capsule combination of  Calsium+Vit D
3. 700ml water

Night:
1. Marigold Milk/ Veggie snack..Brocolli rebus ngn garam..
2. 1 capsule combination of EPO+ Fish Oil
3. 500ml of water


Late night (Like right now):
1. Jus Perawan D'herbs
2. Another 500ml of water...

So WHY all these supplement...somehow I've read  and do my own research somewhere masa buat study to boost my fertility... *Whoaa  macam doctor dah ni..

1. Acid Folic.. (I think you all know its function kan..you need to take it before TTC, during pregnancy and after..cut it short...just take it..its good for our health..)

2. B-Complex.. This is combination of all Vit B adik beradik..from B1 ,B2, B3, B5, B6, B12...*What's the function of each of theeeseee Bs? hmmmm...

  For B1: also known as Thiamin...The sole role of Bis to function as a co-enzyme. This enables it to produce energy. and control our nervous system kita...urat urat dlam badan kita jadi kuat! and sistem deria kita menjadi lebih baik... :D
  For B2:Something more like acid folic..membantu kita...dalam menghindari janin kita defect..or deficiency ..so kita dapat hindari anak kita dari kecacatan yang tak diingini...B2 jugak membantu dalam membaik pulih sistem metabolisme. Jika sistem metabolisme kita tak betul, it will led to lack of immune in our body/system..so not good for both mother and child.. :)
For B3: It can help decrease heart disease , lower you cholestrol, reduce Alzheimer potential .The minimum amount of vitamin B3 required for healthy living varies with age. Kanak kanak perlukan 2-16 mg of vitamin B3, manakala ibu mengandung memerlukan 18 mg of the vitamin.
For B5: Helps us in handling our stress..wohoo..!! Vitamin B5 is widely known to be an obstacle to serious mental states like stress and anxiety. Simptom kekurangan Vitamin B5 seperti burning foot syndrome (tapak kaki panas selalu),a constant feeling of fatigue and weakness and abnormal skin development..*yang ni x sure apa..penambahan kulit terlebih kot?
For B6: Yang ni best..coz its really important for us... I have done tons of reading on this product and it's effect on lengthening the luteal phase and also increasing progesterone levels. 

okay..maybe x semua tahu ..

What is Luteal Phase (LP)??
Luteal Phase ini ada la proses selepas ovulation day...also know Day Past Ovulation..DPO...So DPO tu is Luteal Phase.. the second half of the menstrual cycle after ovulation..


Apa kegunaan LP ini?

Durasi LP ini menentukan masa ovulasi kamu setiap kali Aunt flow datang..Masa ovulasi ini, dia datang tak tetap..kadang kadang awal..kadang2 lambat..so depends kepada situasi..you stress maybe boleh awal or lambat, amik ubat pun boleh buat telur lambat or  pecah awal dari biasa......


.....TETAPI......

Durasi masa untuk LP is usually constant...atau tetap...

Contohnya...
Buat pengiraan ini... you can calculate the time of ovulation within your cycle dengan menolak masa LP untuk last period kamu..kira mengira dari belakang.. pengiraan ini boleh dibuat once next period baru dah sampai..

Camna yang nak cakap ye..

For example, if your cycle is 28 days long and your luteal phase is 12 days long, the ovulation will occur on day 16 of your cycle (28-12=16). Ovulation Calendar uses this formula to calculate your time of ovulation..

BUT... *Ada but lagi!!!...:P


Tak semua WOMAN ada LP yang BAGUSSSS!.. Ada yang pendek, ada yang terlebeh panjang/lama..itupun susah..

Normal range LP seharusnya minimum 11 days..and maximum is 16 days.. if kurang dari 10 hari...TAK BAGUS....lebih dari 16 hari pun TAK BAGUS...terkurang and terlebih ini dipanggil LP deficiency...ada cakap  LP yang hanya bertahan 12 hari pun dah boleh menyukarkan TTC..

So, if you all monitor ovulation day  especially BBT...lagi senang nak tengok..whether you have deficiency LP atau tak ..berdasarkan turun naik temp badan...*kalau ada sebarang persoalan..jangan segan silu bertanya ya... :) 


Apa kena mengena LP dengan kesuburan..??

Banyak kena mengenanya..!! Coz LP ini bertindak untuk membantu dinding rahim kita bertahan untuk menunggu implantasi berlaku...yes..LP ini bertindak sebagai 'tanah' untuk telur kita yang dah bertemu dengan sperm yang dah fertilized untuk tertanam di rahim...if telur and sperm bertemu and ready untuk menanamkan diri...but bila dh sampai kat rahim..'tanah' dah nak 'runtuh'.. camna tu..? so proses implantasi tidak akan berjaya..*Begitu besar ciptaan tuhan dalam setiap manusia..


*Ya Allah...Panjang lebar saya berceloteh..nak cerita pasal Vitamin B6 je sebenarnya..

So, back to the topic..disinila tugas Vit B6... Vitamin ini  akan membantu untuk memanjangkan masa LP kita..kita sedia maklum bahawa...paling cepat implantasi berlaku adalah 6 hari...dan paling lama adalah 12 hari..normal adalah 8-10 hari...so rahim kita sepatutnya perlu berada dalam keadaan stabil dan kuat pada hari ke 6 hingga  hari ke 14 ...untuk membolehkan implantasi berlaku....


For B12 pula according to "Journal of Reproductive Medicine'' observed that women who were deficient in B12 experienced repeated miscarriages and prolonged periods of infertility. Kurangnya B12 boleh memberi  perubahan dalam bilangan hemoglobin sel darah merah kita..perubahan ini boleh menganggu kandungan dan mengakibatkan keguguran...

This is brand that I've taken..why? not bcoz of economical price
but bcoz it has big portion of B6 (50mg) compared to the other brand..

Buying these vitamins..I've spent more than 2 hours at Watson just to read alllll the brand punya ingredient..before buying it..

Ini I dapat dari apa yang I study...if salah..Minta maaf..moga boleh diperbetulkan..Sharing is Caring..!!
