Doctor's Appointment: Part 2

Ya Allah ... penat yang amat hari ini..today's PETRONAS event went smoothly..


Anyways,
Finally I met Dr. Jaafar from Tawakal Hospital, Jalan Pahang.. located near to bulatan Pahang. Its quite easy to find it.


Cut it short,
He scanned my ovary and we discussed..


Yes, its true I have 3 matured eggs (around 15mm) at my right and 1 matured eggs at left side(around 18mm which is the largest among all).

From the TVS, he said that my follicle was not bad..quite great actually..He perceived that I should be ovulated at CD14, which will be this 8th December...This coming Saturday...*whoaa..!

What surprised me most is that, the charges was really really reasonable..I couldn't believe it myself..in fact I asked the nurse twice to confirm it..

Consulation + TVS  = RM 80 *Unbelievable..wohoo!
Pubergen 5000 IU = RM 43 (similar to Pregnyl injection to induce Ovulation) *Super cheap right?

After scanning,  I could say that my right follicles grow 1mm within 1 day, meanwhile left follicle grow 2mm within 1 day...mathematically, my right follicle should  be 18mm when ovulation occurred, left should be 24mm...*I think? 

Dr. Jaafar filling up my form and giving instruction what should be done next:


One: 
I need to go to Emergency Room  this Thursday Night at 10pm, and get my Pubergen Shot. *I just need to show to them the prescription note to any "Doctor on duty".

Two:
I need to abstain from having intercourse any later than tonight..*So if naak jugak..tonight is the only time to do it before IUI... I did ask doctor if i'm not having any baby dance tonight since penat sangat today..should there be any complication since my last intercourse was like 2 weeks ago..*(coz there's possibilities the sperm is not fresh kan..sebab dah lama terperap dalam kantung...huhuhu.. Luckily, the 'not fresh' issue just give small impact..not necessary for me to get anxiously worried..)

Three:
Doctor gave me one sterile container for my husband to deposit the sperm and it is not advisable to use lubricant or soap or whatever tool when ejaculate it..Those lubs might destroy the sperm...
*Maybe conceive plus lubricant should be okay to use to help Mr. Harvey do his thing..conceive plus supposed to be sperm-friendly..so logically, its doable..


Four:
Once deposited into container.. I need to bring it like in a flash to Tawakal Hospital for Sperm Wash.. The earlier the better!! Lab is open at 8am. So I need to be quick quick quick and be the 1st patient to reach there....Sperm need to be handed to the lab within 1 hour!

So once induced, I hope all 4 follicles will successful ovulated....*Amin....
