I was super excited today *apart from my IUI appointment tomorrow morning..eheks


 I used to be very skeptical on online shopping...what if hilang..what if barang tipu..all questions one after another...

Yesterday, I was googled online shopping intitally just for fun looking for latest design of any handbags..suddenly  I've found this::::::::

I think I've literally  fainted  ..super cheap..and I think I got high with the joy hormon and I almost forgot to get my Purbegen shot last night..luckily I got phone alarm , just in case if  I lupa..which I was about to..hahaha

This one bag really caught my eyes, I can feel my butterfly tummy and my heart pumping with full of excitement! I'm in love with Marc by Marc Jacob Hiller Hobo...*Rasa macam orgasam pun ada!!

I duk pikir dalam dalam...nak beli ke x nak..nak beli ke x nak..so I asked Mr. Harvey.. "cantik tak? Patut tak I beli.."

Simply he said " Mana la abang tau..beg tangan semua sama je..harga brapa.."

Hubby terbeliak mata.. "Gila? macam nak beli motor? Handbag je kan? apsal nak membazir duit..people dun care la...gila la awak ni.."

*True... people doesn't care..but ada aku kesah.??.coz I care ..that matters..huh!!

Men...they really don't understand  women..seriously...

So, 1st thing in the morning, I've transferred the money thru maybank2u and I think I will be seeing my new 'baby' by end of the month...yahooooooo!!

What is Follicle?

It's the sac (kantung) that carries your egg..the egg is developed inside this sac and bila LH is induced by injection or surge naturally, the sac will rupture to release egg and ready to be fertilized (yeay) before turning into zygote..apakah ittew zygote??..ermm is like our baby before turning to be embryo..kira zygote ni  is like sel sel yang tengah membahagi..

Most sac has 1 egg each..when the sac grows meaning that the egg is grooming and growing inside..its like nested programming lah *If you all amik IT..hehe

Back to the topic..Most follicles have one egg in them, they are called "dominant" that means they are larger and will be the ones that will cause the LH surge which indicate Ovulation is about to occur. *Ini lah yang Brenda nak cucuk kat ER malam ni...pukul 10 malam..untuk memecahkan follie yang mengandung telor masak ranum..bila cucuk malam ni..most probably brenda akan ovulate after 36 hours..

Ikut secara semulajadi or naturally, the LH surge occurs when one or more follicles REACH  the peak size and set off a chemical reaction. 

Only follicles that are a certain size (at least 18mm) will contain eggs big enough to be mature. 

If you have other smaller follicles, those eggs might also will be released when the LH surge occurs, but the eggs will be immature and unable to be fertilized.*Ingat, hanya telor yang matang sahaja akan di fertilized selepas bergabung dengan sperm..

Bad egg + Great Sperm = No good *pouting lips

Great egg + Bad Sperm = Also not good *pouting even more!

Susah betul ya...macam matematik!

Normal average follicle for Mature Egg?

It depends on the treatment you are having (if any). With injectibles (treatment yang mahal ni..), they like to see follies of around 17mm (it will vary from clinic to clinic) with clomid, they prefer 20-22mm. 

The docs  say that the follies grow around 2mm per day....

But you cannot by any means rely on this. Ada cycle went according to text book..one of my friend ada yang didn't grow for 3 day! and suddenly shot up terus ke 5mm over 1 night..*lain orang lain gaya...hehe

Fyi, minimum 16mm of follicle is good to go for Pregnyl or Purbegen shot. Why? The egg will keep on growing inside the sac eventho we had our trigger shot. Meaning that, after our injection, our eggs still got another 36 hours to grow bigger. and remember it can reach 1mm-2mm per day..For instance:

My Right Ovary (3 Follicles)

Is Follicle has maximum size?

According to various of information, yes they do have maximum size..I found this info in this study on IVF

".the maximum preovulatory diameter can range from 19 to 24 mm. However, the largest diameter in these cases estimated by Fossum et al. ranged between 22 and 31 mm."

Doctor's Appointment: Part : 4

Enough of mumbling about car..  :D    ..so I've just went to see Dr. Jaafar..

Now I got 2 contradict doctors..with two different views...

So I said to myself.. "Well..its like baking cake..different chef has different ways of doing cakes..right?"

"I said left is right...No! I said  right is right...!" Huh?

I hope I've chosen the right cake..gulp~~

So same goes to my problem...I need to get right ingredient to bake the baby..baby baking..huhuhuhu..*Trying to be funny cause..I am actually panicking and so confused ...which one I should choose *cryyy

I told Dr. Jaafar about my concern and about my session with Dr. Suhaimi ... His advice was to stick to what he planned...at least we know now that we do have 1 really good follicle inside my left ovary..

He asked me " If you inject hari Sabtu..you need to do IUI hari Isnin...do you think this left side could hold until Monday...another 4 days ? "

Sighed..I answered  "I don't know..coz coming Monday.. if it does not ovulate ...the left follicle might be around 28mm-29mm which is ridiculously big and impossible... "

He asked me softly " I tak berani to gamble..what if the right side doesn't grow and did not ovulate..u might missed chances from left follicle"

O yes.. before that..he scanned again just to satisfy my curiosity ..it turned out that:

My right follicle are: 15.3mm, 14.9mm, and 12.9mm *(not even 16mm and one of them shrinking???)

My left follicle: 21mm... *(grow by 1mm since this morning!?)

If this is true, apparently lefty is very dominant and working super fast...compared to right follicle..

Disappointed? Yes..a bit..coz I took 100mg Clomid..and managed  to get few follicles but only 1 follicle yang puffing so beautifully..and due to this..I might need to dose up to 150mg fo next cycle..*kalau kali ni x melekat...

My endo is 0.6cm or 6mm.. He said that the number is okay for implantation. Not necessarily to get 1cm baru  boleh implant..

Sambil2 lalu, I did ask about the treatment here at Tawakal Hospital..

HSG: RM180... cheapest I've ever heard? Even Pantai Ampang cost almost RM300

Scanned+ Consulatation: RM 80 *Im not sure standard price or just for Dr. Jaafar.

Ouh, for your information, LPPKN usually advise their patients to do HSG dekat sini..this hospital did some collaboration with LPPKN kot..

Now, I'm gonna start googling about follicles size, ovulations bla bla..I will summarize and post it to you all for better understanding...

Okay..fuh2 too many things on my plate! Just heard on the radio about Mitsubishi's latest car...MIRAGE..price RM55 - RM 63k..Punya la google..nak tengok rupa this car..cause agak murah..

Why so cheapp?? CHANTEK okay!!

ah...my heart is pumping!!

My stupid crazy mind start to do the calculation..if I let go my car *which I bought less than 2 years..hhuuh...

I think my monthly installement will be much more lesser..coz this car is much more cheaper than current car..and its Mitsubishi kot...super sleek and super elegant..

Doctor's Appointment : Part 3

Hola Soulsista!

Today, I went to Dr Suhami's appointment..(Tho he will be away to Australia, I still need to see him..)

Now, I'm officially having 2 gyneas.. one, Dr Suhaimi which his consultant charges are fully covered by my company. Another one, is Dr. Jaafar which I need to pay on my own but I don't mind cause not that costly kan..

Remember about my yesterday's appointment with Dr. Jaafar? He said I got 3 dominant eggs roughly around 15mm and 1 dominant egg around 18mm?

Guess what,

After scanning with Dr. Suhami..my 3 follicles now is at 16mm 15.3mm and another one follicle is at 20mm!

My endometrium only grow at 0.6cm..which is quite thin..(yes, clomid does effect our lining!!)..

He foresees that I should take pregnyl at day 14 which is this coming Saturday...*Okay...geez doctor, I supposed to have my injection tonight ! According to Dr Jaafar advise...

Which one I should follow??

If ambik injection this Saturday..my IUI supposed to be on Monday...?

If ambik injection tonight..my IUI should be this Saturday...?

Arghh..pening...mana satu nak follow ni??

So, after paused for a while, I called Dr. Jaafar's assistant to book for an appointment at 2pm, today...I need to discuss my concern about this..

Taking early shot tonight would effect my follicle since minimum follicle size before releasing the egg is 18mm..

My 3 egg just about 16mm as at this morning...so kalau malam ni...there's possibilities those follicle won't respond to the injection except for left follicle (20mm)...*This infos I've got from Dr. Suhaimi...

Meaning...pointless la kan if amik injection tonight....

Hmmmmm......migrain!!

I will meet Dr. Jaafar and will update at soonest...

Note: Dr. Suhaimi gave me progynova tablet to take 2 times daily for 3 days..This obat is to thickening my endometrium..*Tablet ni akan mengeluaran estrogen yang banyak which help endo to thickening itself instantly...macam serbuk penaik cake..hahah
